CUPRA and The Padellers Join Forces for the Brand New CUPRA Padel Arena in Amsterdam Zuid

The successful partnership between car brand CUPRA and padel organization The Padellers is entering an exciting new phase! With a renewed long-term vision, both brands are elevating the padel experience in the Netherlands to new heights. The absolute highlight of this expanded collaboration? The launch of the unique CUPRA Padel Arena in Amsterdam Zuid.

A Premium Padel Experience
This summer, the first steps were taken to completely transform the current center court at The Padellers Amsterdam Zuid. Bas Smit (co-owner of The Padellers) and Marijn Bausch (Managing Director of CUPRA Netherlands) literally signed their names on the floor of the future center court to seal the deal. The result will be a premium environment where the sporty energy of The Padellers perfectly merges with the high-performance vibe of CUPRA. Players and visitors can look forward to a court that impresses both athletically and visually.

Two Powerhouses in the Sport
It’s no surprise that these two brands have teamed up, as both are making massive waves in the padel world:

  • The Padellers: Since its founding in 2021, the company has rapidly expanded to 30 locations and over 200 courts across the Netherlands and Germany, with the clear ambition of becoming the market leader in Western Europe.

  • CUPRA: Sharing Spanish roots with the sport, the car brand has been heavily involved in padel since 2019. Besides sponsoring international WPT competitions and the FIP, CUPRA recently became the title sponsor for the massive international tournament in Ahoy for the next five years: CUPRA Rotterdam Premier Padel.
