Malaga to Host First FISU World University Championship Padel in 2026

Organized by the University of Malaga in collaboration with the International Padel Federation (FIP), the championship will be held at two centers of excellence within the university campus: Sport Center Teatinos and Vals Sport Cónsul.

Global Participation Universities from 32 countries will compete in the tournament. The lineup includes established padel nations such as Spain, Argentina, Italy, France, and the Netherlands, alongside rapidly developing countries like the United States, Poland, and Egypt.

Format Competition will take place across three categories: Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed. Each national delegation can register up to 12 athletes (6 men and 6 women), forming two pairs for each category. This championship underscores the global expansion of padel at the youth and university level.
