Our clinics are led by certified Peakz Padel Academy Trainers—coaches with a proven training method and extensive on-court experience. Through clear explanations, targeted drills, plenty of repetition, and personal feedback, you'll develop your technique step by step and gain more confidence in your game.

Bandeja

The Bandeja is a defensive overhead volley that is used from the net position when your opponents play a difficult lob. The pace of this shot is crucial: you need to be able to recover your net position immediately after hitting the ball. The goal of the Bandeja is not to hit a winner, but to buy time, maintain control of the net, and regain the initiative in the rally.

During this clinic, we will focus on footwork, timing, swing technique, pace, and placement. You'll learn the correct impact point, racket preparation, and shot execution to keep the ball low and make it difficult for your opponents to attack.

In addition, we will work extensively on movement patterns, helping you move quickly both sideways and backwards so that you are always in the right position behind the ball and ready to maintain pressure at the net.
